Privacy Policy
Softbell is designed to be privacy-first. You can use the core app without creating an account.
What we collect
- On-device only: optional practice progress, timer preferences, and similar settings stored locally on your device (for example via on-device storage). This data is not uploaded by Softbell for advertising or profiling.
- Purchases: Softbell Plus subscriptions (when available) are processed by Apple. Apple provides Digimarket Group SIA with limited purchase/subscription status needed to unlock features — not your full payment card details.
- Support email: if you email info@digimarketgroup.lv, we receive the address and content you send so we can reply.
What we do not do
- No ads network in the Softbell app
- No requirement to create a Softbell account for the free core
- No sale of personal meditation history
Third parties
Apple App Store / StoreKit handle distribution and In-App Purchases under Apple’s terms and privacy practices. Softbell does not use a separate web checkout.
Children
Softbell is a general-audience wellness app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for marketing.
Your choices
- Disable Track Progress (or similar) in Settings; clear app data / uninstall to remove local storage
- Manage or cancel Softbell Plus in Apple ID → Subscriptions

Changes
