The service
Softbell is a meditation and wellness app offering guided sessions, an unguided timer, and optional Softbell Plus features. Content is for general wellness only — not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Softbell on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store terms and these Terms.
Softbell Plus
Optional subscriptions are sold only as Apple In-App Purchases. Pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple under your Apple ID. Digimarket Group SIA does not process card payments for Softbell Plus outside Apple.
Acceptable use
- Do not reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute app content except as allowed by law
- Do not misuse the app in ways that harm others or violate applicable law
Disclaimer
Softbell is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digimarket Group SIA disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Wellness outcomes vary; Softbell does not guarantee specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digimarket Group SIA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Softbell. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.

Changes
